INSTRUCTIONS

  1. All fields with “*” must be completed and accurate for all valid claims
  2. Make sure service region is properly selected.  By selecting the wrong service region, it will prolong the service time due to different service site shipping distance and time spent.  An additional service charge will apply for choosing the wrong service region.  AG Neovo will not be liable for such matters.
  3. RMA# must be obtained before sending in to AG Neovo designated shipping address with shipping prepaid (please refer to Warranty section for detail)
  4. Please make sure to mark RMA# on the package
  5. Please make sure all repairing items are well packed
  6. AG Neovo is not responsible for any shipping damage due to any packing negligent
  7. Please read the Warranty section for details on purchased and free good(s) return and refund policy
  8. AG Neovo reserved the right to reject and declaim any repairing service without prior notice
